1) NO return or exchange for used and/or unsealed products.
2)Returns and exchanges are done within 14 days from the delivery date STATED BY THE COURIER, under the following conditions:
a. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order and wish to exchange it, LaCendre will cover all delivery charges associated with the exchange.
b. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order and request a refund, LaCendre will arrange to collect the items at no cost to you. The refund process and method will be determined through mutual agreement.
c. If you ordered an incorrect item and wish to exchange it, please provide a clear image of the item so we can verify that it is unused and unopened. Based on this assessment, we will determine eligibility for exchange. Please note that in such cases, you will be responsible for paying both the delivery fees for sending the replacement item to you and the return shipping fees to our warehouse.
d. If you ordered an incorrect item and wish to request a refund, please provide a clear image of the item to confirm it is unused and unopened. Upon evaluation, if eligible, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs to our warehouse. The refund method will be arranged upon mutual agreement.
e. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that do not suit your skin or hair type.
